Each day, the artisans of Boulangerie Lambton knead several varieties of bread and bake all kinds of pastries. All of their products are made from high-quality local ingredients. Many local Quebec products are also sold there.
Since it opened over 75 years ago, Boulangerie Lambton has carried on its baking tradition to offer a wide range of delicious products. Bought by François and Mario Robert in 1989, the bakery, which originally produced commercial bread, has taken an artisanal tangent and now offers pâtés, pies and other fine products. Its owners’ passion for their work makes it an authentic enterprise.
Since 2013, it has specialized in the production of handmade artisan bread, which is very popular among its clientele.
The bakery offers more than fifty varieties of bread and a myriad of pastries, muffins, cookies, pies and cakes, baked fresh daily.
